You can book an appointment by giving us a call on telephone number (+47) 52 70 21 70. Alternatively, send us a message in the booking form on this page. Any changes in your booking must be notified by e-mail as soon as possible.

Klinikk Hausken cooperate with Fertility2u by the Fazeley Pharmacy in Tamworth. Fertility2u is run by fully qualified UK pharmacists and operates from registered pharmacy premises. All medication is sourced from MHRA UK suppliers and is prepared and checked by qualified pharmacists. They offer Next Day Delivery Service on most orders at no extra cost and only use industry leading couriers to deliver your medication.
The following blood tests must be taken prior to treatment and are free of charge if taken in Norway:
Female: Hep B antibody, Hep B antigen, Hep C antibody, HIV and Rubella.
Male: Hep B antibody, Hep B antigen, Hep C antibody, HIV.
According to Norwegian law the blood works has to be analyzed at a Norwegian lab approved for testing infectious diseases in connection to IVF treatment. This is at no extra cost and you will be given all the information needed on how and where to go prior to your appointment. The clinic must have received the results prior to egg collection. If the clinic has not received the results of the blood test prior to egg collection we will not be able to go ahead with the treatment.
Please transfer the amount using your online bank at the latest five working days before egg collection (OPU). Norwegian residents should transfer the amount at least five working days before egg collection.
