Dr Jon Hausken is the Medical Director and Head of the clinic. He completed his MD degree in obstetrics and gynaecology in 1995. Until he started the clinic in 2006, he worked both as Head of IVF and the maternity ward at Haugesund Hospital. Through his work, he continues the legacy of his father as an innovator in the field of IVF. Dr Hausken has also previously been Head of the Nordic Fertility Society (NFS) and the Norwegian branch (NOFAB).
