Klinikk Hausken has excellent results, comparable to the best clinics in UK. We do about 1200 cycles per year. Klinikk Hausken is the largest private IVF center in Norway.

Every day, we strive to improve our results. Since 2006, we have consistently delivered high-level outcomes. The field of fertility is constantly evolving, and we invest annually in developing our doctors and staff, while also upgrading our technological equipment.

It is indeed complex to measure success rates in fertility. It is also challenging to compare numbers found on the internet. Below, you will find some of our results, but you are always welcome to contact us so we can explain the numbers more in detail with you.

Success rates: <30 years

Generally, women under the age of 30 have a greater chance of success with fertility treatment compared to older women, as they have higher fertility rates. The success rate of fertility treatment varies depending on several factors, including the cause of infertility, type of treatment, and individual circumstances.

The results are based on data from Klinikk Hausken for the period of January to December 2021.

Explanation:

Fresh cycles: This refers to a successful IVF or ICSI treatment where eggs and sperm are combined outside the body and then implanted into the uterus.

Positive HCG test: This means that a woman is pregnant. It can be measured through either a blood test or a urine test.

Frozen cycles: This refers to a procedure where a previously frozen embryo is thawed and implanted into the uterus. This is often referred to as FER, which stands for "Frozen Embryo Replacement."

Clinical pregnancy: This refers to a viable pregnancy confirmed by ultrasound around week 7. It means that the fetus has survived in the uterus and is growing normally.
